A series of talks, discussions, panel meeting on topics connected with natural skincare and beauty.

- Gently massage Begonia Facial oil into your face.
- Then start at point one, using your index or middle finger, press firmly on the massage point for 5 seconds.
- Now make circular movements on the point for a further 10 seconds.
-  Continue with all the numbered points in turn, massaging each point in the same way.
- Finish off by massaging the entire face using both hands in a circular manner.
